Terms of Service

By creating an account or using StrikeTracker (striketracker.xyz), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

StrikeTracker is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with UFC Strike, Dapper Labs, or any marketplace (Tradeport, Rarible, Wapal).

StrikeTracker provides portfolio analytics, marketplace listing aggregation, and price alert tools for UFC Strike NFT collectors on the Aptos blockchain. All data is sourced from public blockchain records and third-party marketplaces. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data displayed.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
• Failed payments will result in suspension of paid features. You will receive an email to update your payment method.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

• One account per person. Sharing account credentials is prohibited.
• Your Aptos wallet address is permanently linked to your account and cannot be changed after saving. Verify your address carefully before saving.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

You agree not to:

• Use StrikeTracker for automated scraping, data extraction, or to build competing products.
• Attempt to bypass subscription gates or access features your tier does not include.
• Interfere with the service, its infrastructure, or other users.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

StrikeTracker is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, data accuracy, or that the service will meet your specific needs. Market data (floor prices, listing counts, trade history) is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

Trading NFTs carries financial risk. Nothing on StrikeTracker constitutes financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrikeTracker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including trading decisions made based on data displayed.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting striketrackerxyz@gmail.com.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
